ATQ, Let quantities of milk and water in A be 5x ml and 3x ml, and in B be 7y ml and 4y ml respectively. Total = 0.65 L = 650 ml Milk in 650 ml = (41/65) × 650 = 410 ml Water in 650 ml = 650 – 410 = 240 ml So, 5x + 7y = 410 3x + 4y = 240 Solving ⇒ x = 40, y = 30 Quantity of mixture B = y × (7+4) = 30 × 11 = 330 ml
