      Quantity of milk in 190 ml of mixture = 190 × 10/(10 + x) Quantity of water in 190 ml of mixture = 190 × x/(x + 10) According to question; {1900/(10 + x) + 40}/{190x/(x + 10) + 30} = 2/1 Or, 1900/(10 + x) + 40 = 380x/(x + 18) + 60 Or, (1900 – 380x)/(x + 10) = 20 Or, 1900 – 380x = 20x + 200 Or, 400x = 1700 Or, x = 4.25
