Let the length and breadth be 6x metres and 5x metres respectively.
According to the question,
2 × (6x + 5x) = 1210 / 11
Or, 2 × 11x = 110
Or, 22x = 110
Or, x = 5 metres
Therefore, area = 6x × 5x = 30x² = 30 × 25 = 750 m²
