    ATQ, Increase in breadth equation: B+10=2L New perimeter equation: 2(L+B+10) = 336,Simplifies to [L+B=158] Solving these equations: From equation 1, B=2L−10 Substituting B in equation 2, L+(2L−10)= 158 Simplifying,3L=168, So,L=56cm Substitute L back into B=2L−10,  B=2(56)–10 = 102 cm Original area calculation: Area = L×B = 56 × 102 = 5712 sq.cm
