    Let the length and breadth of the rectangle be 5x cm and 4x cm, respectively According to the question, 2 × (5x + 4x) = 234 Or, x = 117/9 = 13 Therefore, each side of the square = 1.25 × 4x = 65 cm Perimeter of the square = 4 × 65 = 260 cm Required difference = 260 – 234 = 26 cm
