I:  Varun spends one-third of his salary on rent, one –fifth on household expenses, one – sixth on travel expenses and deposits the remaining in the bank. Statement II:  His monthly deposits in the bank amount to Rs. 18,000. Statement III:  The ratio of his salary to his wife’s is 6 : 1. His wife spends one – fifth of her salary on travel expenses, and the remaining Rs. 8,000 on her cosmetic goods. Each of the questions below consists of a question and three statements numbered I, II and III given below it.
