Let the number of experienced and freshers be '2a' and 'a', respectively.
Total salary of the batch = 3a × (z + 3) = 3az + 9a
Total salary of freshers = a × (z − 3) = az − 3a
So, total salary of experienced = (3az + 9a) − (az − 3a) = 2az + 12a
Therefore, average salary of experienced = (2az + 12a) / 2a = (z + 6)
