    Let the present age of Deepak be ‘x’ years Therefore, present age of Neeraj = x + 2x = ‘3x’ years Let, present age of Prakash be ‘y’ years Given, y – x = 7 Or, x = y – 7 Also, (3x + 7) = 2 × (y + 7) Or, 3 × (y – 7) + 7 = 2y + 14 Or, 3y – 21 + 7 = 2y + 14 Or, y = 28 Therefore, x = y – 7 = 21 Therefore, present age of Neeraj = 3x = 3 × 21 = 63 years
