      A 10 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
      B 20 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
      C 28 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
      D None of these Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

      ATQ,

      Let present ages of R, S and T be 2x, 3x and 6x years respectively.

      ATQ,

      6x - 2x = 40

      => x = 10

      Present age of R = 2x = 2 Γ— 10 = 20 years

      Present age of S = 3x = 3 Γ— 10 = 30 years

      ATQ,

      (20 + m) Γ— 1.5 = (30 + m)

      30 + 1.5m = 30 + m

      => 1.5m - m = 0

      => 0.5m = 0

      => m = 0
