      Let the Anil’s father’s age be x Anil’s present age = 3/8  x Anil’s sister’s present age = 3/8  x + 4   According to question, x/(3x/8   + 4) = 12/5  5 x -  36x/8 = 48 4x/8 = 48 x = 96 Anil’s present age = 3/8  x = 3/8  ×96 = 36 years
