      Solution

Section 22G(1) allows a member aggrieved by an order of the Board of Discipline or the Disciplinary Committee imposing a penalty under Section 21A(3) or 21B(3) to prefer an appeal to the Authority within ninety days from the date on which the order is communicated to him. The Director (Discipline), if authorised by the Council, may also appeal within ninety days, and the Authority may admit a late appeal for sufficient cause. On appeal the Authority may confirm, modify, set aside, enhance or reduce the order after hearing the parties. The appeal window is therefore ninety days, making it correct.
