As per Indian Penal Code the concept of doli incapax is incorporated under S. 82 of IPC. It is refering a child below 7 years of age who is unable to predict the consequences of his acts due to insufficient maturity and is thus termed as doli incapax. S. 82. Act of a child under seven years of age .Nothing is an offence which is done by a child under seven years of age.
