Section 2 (definitions) read with the applicability provisions of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 defines a "factory" as premises where a manufacturing process is carried on with the aid of power when twenty or more workers are employed, or without the aid of power when forty or more workers are employed.
