Section 25 enumerates the modes of recovery available to the Recovery Officer upon receipt of the recovery certificate: (a) attachment and sale of movable or immovable property; (aa) taking possession of secured/other property, appointing receiver, and sale; (b) arrest of defendant and detention in prison; (c) appointing receiver for management of property; and (d) any other mode prescribed by the Central Government.
