II- A: ‘View’ should be replaced by ‘views’ as it is being preceded by the collective noun ‘government’ and not any plural form.    C: ‘Bounded’ will be replaced by ‘bound’ as bounded represents the past tense which will make the sentence grammatically incorrect.
