FOURTH SENTENCE (E) – This again talks about the policy mentioned in the previous sentence and how it wasn’t liked by all the parties. FIFTH SENTENCE (F) – This one again goes back to the main discussion of BESZ and how it has raised questions on the correct things to be done in it. SIXTH SENTENCE (D) – This statement tells us that why those questions have been raised.
