A sentence/phrase from the first column may or may not connect with another sentence/phrase from the second column to make a grammatically and contextually correct sentence.       Solution

      A is an independent clause. So, a dependent clause is likely to follow it. But none of the clauses follow A. B is an independent clause. Only E follows B contextually and grammatically. C is also an independent clause. Only D follows C perfectly.
