    Solution

    A – Since India is a collective noun, it is considered as singular. So singular verb should be used. Hence, ‘India was’ is correct. D – the article before overall should be ‘an’ and not ‘a’, as ;overall’ starts with a vowel sound. The correct sentence is India was ranked 110 in terms of personal freedom and 105 on economic freedom with an overall score of 6.43 out of 10.
