Animal Husbandry Infrastructure Development Fund (AHIDF) was approved by the Cabinet in June 2020 as a Central Sector Scheme under the Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan package. Objective is to To incentivize investments in (i) the dairy processing and value addition infrastructure, (ii) meat processing and value addition infrastructure. Size of the fund is 15000 crore. Credit Guarantee Fund of Rs. 750 crore has been set up to provide a credit guarantee up to 25% of the Credit facility of borrowers. The credit guarantee fund will be managed by  NABARD. Â
