IFSCA Grade A Interview Course Consists of:
- Interview Guidance: This course consists of three pre recorded interview guidance videos by Dr. Sanjeev Sharma [Ex CGM RBI, Ex Ex. Dir.NHB (on deputation from RBI), Ex Resident Director Kisetsu Saison].
- Personalized Mock Interview: One personalized mock interview with experts. During the interview, each candidate will have a total duration of 30 minutes, with two panel members conducting the interview for 10 minutes each. Following the interview, there will be a 10-minute feedback session.
- Interview Preparation Material: You will also have access to the interview preparation material, including mock interview questions, tips for effective communication, and strategies to tackle tricky interview scenarios. Our carefully curated content will equip you with the knowledge and confidence you need to impress the interview panel.
How is the One-on-One Mock Interview Conducted?
- The One-on-One Mock Interview will be conducted in a formal virtual setup.
- A panel of experts conducts the Mock Interview.
- The interview includes questions related to technical knowledge, behavior, and personal aspects.
- Following the interview, a detailed feedback session is conducted where suggestions for improvement are provided

Ex-Manager Care Ratings, a management professional with over a decade of experience in risk analysis, credit management, investment banking, and equity research. She is an MBA (Finance) from BIMTECH, Noida, and B.Com (Hons) from Hansraj College, Delhi University.
Ex CGM RBI, Ex Ex. Dir.NHB (on deputation from RBI), Ex Resident Director Kisetsu Saison. He holds a PhD in English from IIT Kanpur. He has obtained a Master’s degree in English from Hindu College, DU, and B.A. (Hons) English from BHU. He is also a Visiting Faculty at IIM Ahmedabad. He is an expert for English writing and for interview and career guidance
Ms.Vidihka is an Ex- Bank PO Union Bank of India. She has done B Tech from YMCA University Faridabad and LLB from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. She has also worked in TCS as Assistant System Engineer. She is expert faculty for Legal.
Mr. Amit has 4 year plus experience in Banking, Media, Content and Journalism. He has earlier worked with DKODING Media, HDFC Bank and VAP Group. He is expert faculty for General Awareness and ESI.
Dr. Malik has worked as Chief General Manager in Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Mumbai for 23 years, and had worked in Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai as senior Research officer/Economist for 10 years. Across SEBI and RBI, he has worked in various departments and his areas of interest include Stock Market, Corporate Sector, Banking (national & international), Data Science, and Macroeconomics policy.
An Ex AFO (Agri Field Officer), Union Bank of India, He has completed M.Sc. Ag. (Genetics & Plant Breeding) & B.Sc. Agriculture (Honours) from GBPUAT, Pantnagar Uttarakhand. He has published Research papers and articles in various leading journals.
Ex-Manager, RBI, has over 30 years of experience in retail banking, retail and corporate credit, FOREX, Trade Finance, Credit policy, fee-based income, risk management, regulatory guidelines, banking operations, priority sector advances, etc. He has more than 10+ years of experience teaching Banking subjects at various institutions..
An engineer by qualification, Satakshi is an expert in the English language. She qualified IBPS PO in 2016 and awarded for being meritorious in Rajbhasha (Hindi). Satakshi has been a mentor for 5 years.
Ex. Manager RBI, is an Engineer - MBA turned Banker - Central Banker turned Edupreneur working in the Digital Education Domain since 2010. He has cleared exams like CAT, IBPS, SBI, RBI, SSC, NET-JRF. Is an expert in various subjects like Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Educational Psychology, EdTech, Career Counseling, etc.
Vishal Pandey, a distinguished faculty with over 5 years of teaching experience, is a multi-faceted professional who has successfully cleared NDA, AFCAT, Gate Qualified (5 times) SSC, IBPS PO, IBPS RRB, RBI Grade B, and NABARD Grade A exams. His rich academic background and real-world exam success make him an invaluable mentor for aspiring candidates.
Ms. Arunima is an Ex- Grade B SIDBI Officer and an Ex- Bank PO. Since 2010, she has been teaching for competitive exams and has successfully coached more than thousands of students. She is a Bachelor in Arts (Hons.)- English. She is an expert faculty for English Language, English Writing, Reasoning and also preparation guidance.
