Important Points about IFSCA Grade A Eligibility Criteria
A Post Graduate Diploma in any discipline will be accepted as an educational requirement for the General stream, provided the same is recognized as equivalent to a Master’s degree in that discipline by Govt. of India. The onus to provide the necessary documentation in this regard shall be on the candidates.
- The upper age limit prescribed above will be eligible for relaxation for certain categories.
- Candidates must not fail to follow the specified IFSCA cut-off date to satisfy all IFSCA Grade A eligibility criteria.
- Candidates who come under the OBC category but are considered to be part of the "Creamy Layer" are not eligible for OBC reservation.
Work Experience
The IFSCA Grade A exam is a great opportunity for fresh graduates because work experience is not mentioned as a necessary requirement for the Assistant Manager post. In short, candidates who have recently completed their graduation can apply for the position based on their educational qualifications. Nevertheless, candidates with additional qualifications or specialized skills will have an added advantage.
