NIACL AO IT Final Selection
The final merit list uses marks from the Mains objective test (75%) and the Interview (25%). NIACL ranks candidates by their consolidated marks in descending order.
Those who rank within the total IT vacancies will get appointment. NIACL may call selected candidates in more than one batch. Seniority is set by their order in the merit list.
NIACL also makes a waiting list up to 50% of the IT vacancies. If someone from the main list does not join, NIACL will fill the post from this list.
If two candidates have the same score, NIACL first looks at Interview marks. The one with higher Interview marks ranks above. If they still tie, the older candidate ranks higher.
All appointments are subject to being medically fit and meeting service rules.

NIACL AO Guarantee Bond
All selected NIACL AO candidates must sign a bond to serve NIACL for four years, including the one-year probation. If you leave before four years, you pay a penalty equal to one year’s gross salary, reduced in proportion to your service length .
You must submit a stamped Indemnity Bond with two sureties who have sound finances. If you resign or NIACL ends your service during probation, you must repay all gross salary you earned and ₹25,000 as partial training cost .
Existing bonds or liens with past employers do not apply to NIACL. No leave salary or pension will be paid until the bond terms are met.
