Indian Bank PO Exam Notification 2020
Indian Bank was established on 15th August 1907, with headquarter in Chennai. Every year it invites application from young and bright graduates who are interested in making their career in banking. This year too it can be expected that Indian Bank will invite application for admission to the one year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course at Indian Bank Manipal School of Banking (IBMSB), which has been set up jointly by Indian Bank and Manipal Global Education Service Pvt Ltd. The notification is not out but it can be out soon.
Indian Bank PO 2020 Exam Syllabus
Before starting preparation for Indian Bank PO, it is important that aspirants are well verse with topics and the detailed syllabus for the exam. Knowing the syllabus will help a candidate to plan a correct strategy and planning. He/she will be in a position to determine what to study and what to eliminate. Indian Bank PO Exam 2020 Exam Pattern
Candidates will be selected by Indian Bank through a selection process consisting of an online test ie Preliminary and Main Examination followed by Interview. The exam will be conducted in selected cities. A candidate should go through the notification carefully so that he/she knows every minute details. Indian Bank PO 2020 Vacancies
The Indian Bank PGDBF course will have category wise break up. The vacancies will be distributed all over India. All the candidates should go through the notification carefully to avoid any confusion later. Given below is the previous year vacancies.

The reservation for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) is on horizontal basis. The selected candidate will be placed in the appropriate category (viz. SC/ST/OBC/UR) to which they belong.
The number of vacancies and also the number of reserved vacancies are provisional and may vary according to actual requirement of the Bank.

Indian Bank PO 2020 Exam Eligibility Criteria
To apply for Indian Bank PO an aspirant should meet various eligibility criteria wrt to Education Qualification, Age Nationality, No. of attempts permissible etc. A candidate applying for Indian Bank PO should lie in a age group of 20 to 30 years and should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Besides this a candidate belonging to reserved category is provided some age relaxation whose supporting documents they have to produced when asked.
Indian Bank PO 2020 How to Apply
Applications have to be submitted online. No other mode of application will be accepted other than online applications. Following are the simple steps to follow-
- Login to the website of Indian Bank and click on "Careers" page.
- Open the link for online application for PO.
- Register yourself by entering all the details asked.
- A registration number will be generated and a password will be allocated.
- Login again by entering the registration number and password/dob.
- Fill the remaining details correctly.
- Ensure that the details filled are correct because once submitted, the application cannot be corrected.
- Upload all the documents asked in the prescribed format.
- Pay the fee through online mode only.
- Take the print out of the application form and fee receipt for future use.

Indian Bank PO Exam 2020 Admit Card
Call letters for the Preliminary Exam/ main Exam/ Personal Interview will be issued to all eligible candidates through electronic mode only. Candidates are advised to download their call letter from the bank’s website by entering his/ her details i.e. Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth. The call letter will have all the details related to exam venue, exam date etc. Call letter for the exam will not be send by post to individual candidate.
