IB Security Assistant/Executive Notification
The notification for the IB Security Assistant/Executive Recruitment 2025 was released on 22 July 2025, announcing 4,987 vacancies across India on the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) website and the National Career Service (NCS) portal.
Online registration and application submission will be open from 26 July 2025 until 17 August 2025 (11:59 pm).

How To Apply Online
- Applications should be submitted online through MHA’s website (www.mha.gov.in) or NCS portal (www.ncs.gov.in) only. Applications will NOT be accepted through any other mode.
- Wrong information in any column will lead to the application getting rejected altogether.
- The online application is divided into two parts: Part-I relates to the personal, academic & other particulars of the candidate while Part-II relates to the payment of exam fee, if applicable.
- The candidates are required to upload their photograph & signature at the time of online registration (in a single file, the size of which should not be more than 50 KB).
- Candidates should ensure that the signature uploaded by them are visible since they would be required to append signature on admit cards & attendance sheets during subsequent stages of examination & any variation in signature could render them ineligible.
- Before submitting the online application, preview the application to ensure that the info provided is correct, particularly the email id & uploaded photograph & signature.
- It must also be ensured that the photograph & signature are visible & not hazy/blurred, otherwise the photograph & signature should be uploaded again or the page should be reloaded or refreshed. The online application should be submitted only after ensuring that the information/photograph/signature is correct.
- The candidate should note down and retain ‘Registration-ID’ & ‘Password’ provided to them while making registration.
- Candidates should take printout of the registration slip/application form for future reference. This printout is NOT required to be submitted to this office at any stage.
IB Security Assistant Application Fee
The fee for IB Security Assistant/Executive Recruitment 2025 comprises two parts: an Examination Fee of ₹ 100 and Recruitment Processing Charges of ₹ 550.
All candidates must pay the ₹ 550 processing charge; male candidates in the UR, EWS and OBC categories must also pay the ₹ 100 examination fee (total ₹ 650).
SC, ST, female applicants and eligible Ex‑Servicemen are exempt from the ₹ 100 examination fee and pay only ₹ 550. Ex‑servicemen already in government service must pay both charges.
Banking charges, if any, are borne by the candidate. Payments can be made online via SBI EPay Lite (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI) by 17 August 2025 (23:59 hrs) or offline through SBI challan by 19 August 2025 (banking hours).
Fee once paid is non‑refundable under any circumstances.

IB Security Assistant Admit Card
Admit cards for all exam stages will be sent only to your registered email address. Use a valid, active ID and check your inbox (including spam/junk) regularly.
Download and print the call letter as soon as you receive it, and sign in the designated space. Your photo and signature must exactly match those you uploaded.
On exam day, carry the printed admit card plus an original, valid photo ID (e.g., Voter ID, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, PAN, or College ID). Entry will be denied without both.
You do not need to submit any hard‑copy application or documents at the venue. Keep originals of all certificates and ID proofs ready for later stages (verification/interview).
