An IB Security Assistant/Executive starts on Pay Level 3, which means your basic pay will be between ₹21,700 and ₹69,100 per month. On top of that, you get all the usual central government allowances (like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, etc.).
You also receive a Special Security Allowance equal to 20% of your basic pay. If you’re asked to work on a holiday, you can claim extra holiday pay for up to 30 days in a year.
