IB Security Assistant/Executive Exam Calendar

The IB released its notification for the Security Assistant/Executive posts on 22 July 2025 on the MHA and NCS websites.

Online registration opens on 26 July 2025. Candidates must complete the online application and pay the fee by 17 August 2025 (23:59 hrs) or submit payment via SBI challan by 19 August 2025 (banking hours).

Dates for the Tier I and Tier II exams—including admit‑card releases—will be announced shortly after the application window closes. Keep an eye on the official portals for updates a few days before each exam.

The Tier III (interview/personality test) schedule and the final result declaration will also be published later; candidates should regularly check www.mha.gov.in and www.ncs.gov.in and have their registration number and date of birth handy for downloading call letters.

IB Security Assistant Exam Centers

You should select the IB recruitment 2025 exam centre carefully and indicate the same in your application. The examination centre once opted, will not be changed under any circumstances.

The candidate can opt for only one SIB/Centre of Examination and would, thus, be considered for vacancies earmarked for the said SIB/centre only. If you apply for more than one IB Security Assistant and MTS exam centre your application will be rejected.

Note: Your IB recruitment notification Tier 1 exam centre may be different as opted by you in case of any administrative need. However, such candidates will be considered against the vacancies of opted exam centre.
