Prelims Exam Pattern
NABARD Grade B 2022 Prelims is an online objective test. The exam pattern for NABARD Grade B 2022 Prelims is divided into two sections- Qualifying section: English Language, Test of Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, Decision making, Quantitative Aptitude and Merit section i.e. General Awareness Economic & Social Issues (With a special focus on Rural India), and Agriculture and Rural Development (With a focus on Rural India). Important Points:
- Test of Reasoning, English Language, Decision Making, Computer Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude will come under the qualifying section
- General Awareness, ESI (Rural India being the major emphasis), and ARD (emphasizing Rural India) will come under the umbrella of the merit section.
- The candidates for the Mains examination will be shortlisted based on the marks secured in the Merit Section only
- There will be sectional and overall cut-offs
Main Exam Pattern
All the candidates who will qualify NABARD Grade B Prelims will be called to appear in Mains. NABARD Grade B Mains is an important step and will ensure your selection in the final stage if you score high marks. NABARD Grade B 2022 Mains is also an online test. The NABARD Grade B exam pattern for Mains is a mix of objective and descriptive test. The NABARD Grade B Mains 2022 have three papers. Interview
All the candidates who qualify in the NABARD Grade B Mains exam and secure a sufficiently high rank in merit will be short-listed for the third phase ie Interview. You can be asked any kind of questions ranging from personal, professional and subject-related. It is advisable to prepare well for the NABARD Grade B 2022 Interview stage to ensure your selection. The weightage of NABARD Grade B 2022 Interview is 75 marks.
Marking Scheme
NABARD follows a fixed marking criteria for NABARD Grade B 2022 exam for the post of Managers (RDBS). All the questions in NABARD Grade B 2022 exam will carry different marks. 1/4th or 0.25 marks will be deducted as a penalty for every wrong answer in both phases of the NABARD Grade B 2022 recruitment process.

Exam Language
NABARD provides the option of choosing a language of your own in both Prelims and Mains of NABARD Grade B. You can choose between English and Hindi Language in both Prelims and Main exam but the English Language section of NABARD Grade B can only be attempted in English.
