    Solution

    All clouds are earths (A) + No earth is planet (E) ⇒ No cloud is a planet (E). Hence, conclusion I follows. No earth is planet (E) ⇒    Conversion ⇒ No planet is an earth ⇒ I.I. ⇒ Some planet are not earths (O). Hence,  conclusion II also follows.
