    Solution

    Only either I or II and either III or IV follow. Neither conclusion I nor II follows from the given statement. However, conclusion I and II makes a complementary pair, hence either conclusion I or II will follow. Neither conclusion III nor IV follows from the given statement. However, conclusion III and IV makes a complementary pair, hence either conclusion III or IV will follow.
