    Solution

    All Grinder are Machine (A) + Some Machine are Time (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion I does not follow. Only Machine are Timer → All Timer is Machine and Timer can have negative relation with anyone. Hence conclusion II follows but conclusion III does not follow.
