Only Painters are Doctors → All Doctors are Painters and Doctors cannot have any positive relation with anyone. Hence neither conclusion I nor II follow. Only a few Teachers is Lawyers → Some Teachers are not Lawyers (O) and Some Teachers are Lawyers (I). Hence conclusion III follows.
