      Only a few Number is Digits (I) + [All Alphabet is Digits (A) → Conversion] → Some Digits are Alphabet (I) → Probable conclusion → Some Alphabet can be Number (I). Hence conclusion I follows. Only Digits is Word → All Word are Digits and Word cannot have positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion II does not follow but conclusion III follow.
