    Solution

    Few Carpet are Mat(I) + No Floor wall (E) → Some Carpet are not Wall (O). Hence neither conclusion I nor II follow but it will make a complementary pair. Hence either conclusion I or conclusion II follows. No Floor Wall (E) → Conversion → No Wall are Mat(E) + All Floor Plastic (A) → Some Plastic are not Wall (O*). Hence conclusion III does not follow.
