    Solution

    Only a few Destination is Place (I) + All Place is Culture (A) → Some Destination is Culture (I) + No Culture is State (E) → Some Destination is not State (O) → Some Destination may be State (I). Hence neither conclusion I nor II follow. Only a few Destination is Place (I) + All Place is Culture (A) → Some Destination is Culture (I). Hence conclusion III does not follow.
