No disease is recovery. Only a few recovery are surgery. All disease are hospital. Conclusions: I. All surgery being hospital is a possibility. II. All recovery being surgery is a possibility. III. No disease is surgery.

      Solution

      No disease is recovery (E) + Some recovery are surgery (I) → Some surgery are not disease (O) + All disease are hospital (A) → All surgery may be hospital (A). Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion III does not follow. Only a few recovery are surgery → Some recovery are surgery (I) and Some recovery are nor surgery (O).  Hence conclusion II does not follow.
