      Solution

      Only Torch is Shadow β†’ All Shadow are Torch and Shadow can have negative relation with anyone. Hence conclusion I follow. A few Flame is Torch (I) + Some Torch are Flame (I) Β  β†’ No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
