    Solution

    Only Designs is Tool → Some Designs are Tool (I). Hence conclusion I does not follow.

    All Painters are Designs (A) + No Design is Layout (E) → Some Designs is not Layouts (O). Hence conclusion II follows.

    Only Designs is Tool → All Tool are Designs and Tool cannot have any positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion III follows.
