No Acid is Neutral (E) β†’ Conversion β†’ No Neutral is Acid (E) + Only a few Acids is Elements (I) β†’ Some Elements are not Neutrals (O*) + Only a few Elements is Compounds (I) β†’ No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow but conclusion III follows.
