Solution
All Tool are Application (A) + No Application is Word (E) → No Tool is Word (E) + Some Word are Menu (I) → Some Menu are not Tool (O*). Hence conclusion I does not follows but conclusion II follow. No Application is Word (E) + Some Word are Menu (I) → Some Menu are not Application (O*) → Probable conclusion → Some Menu can be Application (I). Hence conclusion III does not follow.
