No Root is Stem (E) → No Stem is Root (E) + Some Root are Plant (I) → Some Plant are not Stem (O*) → Probable conclusion →  All Stem may be Plant (A). Hence conclusion I follows. No Root is Stem (E) + Some Stem are Petal (I) → Some Petal are not Root (O*) → Probable conclusion → Some Petal may be Root (A). Hence conclusion II follows.
