Some restaurant are Motel → Conversion → Some Motel are restaurant (I) + All restaurant are Hotel (A) → Some Motel are Hotel (I) → Conversion → Some Hotel are Motel (I). Hence conclusion II follows. All restaurant are Hotel (A) → Conversion → Some Hotel are restaurant (I). Hence conclusion III does not follow.
