    Solution

    Some Chapter are Topic (I) + No Topic is a Header (E) → Some Chapter are not Header (O). Hence conclusion I follows. All Books are Chapters (A) + Some Chapter are Topic (I) →   No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
