In each of the questions below some statements are given followed by some Conclusions. You have to take the given statements to be true even, if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts. Solution

Only apartments are foundations means All foundations are apartments and foundations will not have any relation with anyone. Hence neither conclusion I nor III follow but conclusion II will follow.
