    Some companies are shops (I) + No shop is a institute (E) = Some companies are not institutes.(O). Hence, conclusion I will follow. No shop is a institute (E) + Some institues are hotels (I) = Some hotels are not shops (O*). Hence, conclusion II will not follow.
