On the assumption that everything in the statement to be true, you have to decide which of the three given courses of action logically follow for pursuing. Climate activism is seen as just planting trees and engaging in clean-up drives. Those are important but it’s also about holding those in power accountable and asking if they will leave indigenous people and their land alone, leave the coal in the ground, leave the rivers unpoisoned and leave the trees standing.
