This means they occupy alternate positions around the circle.  Since Vini is sitting to the immediate right of Loren, means Vini is between Lucas and Loren.  Since Simon is sitting second to the left of Vini, Simon must be immediate left to Loren.  Dolph is an immediate neighbor to Lucas on the right. Final arrangement is as shown below: From the above arrangement, it is clear that Simon is sitting between Fray and Loren. Hence, the correct answer is (B).
