    Solution

    All Pants are Sweaters (A) + All Sweaters are Tie (A) → All Pants are Tie (A) → Conversion → Some Tie are Pants (I). Hence conclusion I follows. All Shirts are Pants (A) + All Pants are Sweaters (A) → All Shirts are Sweaters (A) → Conversion → Some Sweaters are Shirts (I). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
