ATQ,
Profit share of X : Y = (12000 × 12) : (x% of 12000 × 6) = 144000 : (x × 120 × 6) = 1200 : 6x
According to question,
⇒ 6x / (1200 + 6x) = 1 / 6
⇒ 36x = 1200 + 6x
⇒ 30x = 1200
⇒ x = 40
So, the value of x = 40%
