The one who lives west of S lives in the same flat in which I lives.Solution

Only one person lives between I and Q, and both are living on the same floor. Case II and II (p) are invalid because there is no place for I and Q. The one who lives west of S lives in the same flat in which I lives.Case I shows the final arrangement.
