Gautam does not work in IT and does not like either Cycling or Swimming. One of those who work in IT likes Cricket. The one who likes Boxing works in Human Resource. None of those who work in IT likes either swimming or football. Sheetal does not like Cycling.Solution
Human Resource is abbreviated as HR and used in table. The one who likes Boxing works in Human Resource. None of those who work in IT likes either swimming or football. One of those who work in IT likes Cricket. Charul likes baseball and does not work in Sales Deepak works in IT and does not like either Cricket or Cycling Gautam does not work in IT and does not like either Cycling or swimming. Falak works in Human Resource with only Aarti, who likes snooker. As, Aarti likes to play snooker it means Falak plays Boxing. Department Note: As, Gautam does not work in IT and only Aarti and Falak works in HR, so, he works in Sales. Similarly, Charul works in IT department. Also, the sports like Swimming and football which is not played by person working in IT and HR, therefore those who work in Sales must be playing these games.
Heena and Sheetal do not work in the same department as Deepak. Therefore, Heena and Sheetal work in Sales department. Hence, the only remaining employee i.e. Bhoomi, works in IT department
\ Sheetal does not like Cycling. As, referred above Deepak also does not like Cycling so there is no one who likes cycling in IT department. Therefore, Cycling, Swimming and Football are the games related to Sales department employee. Gautam does not like to play cycling and Swimming, so he must be the player of Football and Sheetal does not like cycling therefore, she must be the player of Swimming and hence, the only left employee of Sales department i.e. Heena must be the one who likes Cycling. The only left game i.e. valleyball must be played by Deepak
